There’s nothing like a gentle pre-breakfast stretching session to energize mind and body. This simple morning activity takes in light stretches, low-intensity movement and focused breathing to tone and loosen muscles, improve flexibility and boost energy. Suitable for all fitness levels, it is an enjoyable, refreshing way to embrace a brand-new day.

8:00 AM / HIDDEN STAIRWAYS OF POSITANO

Explore Positano’s network of staircases, small piazzas and neighborhood chapels. This invigorating walk leads from the beach to Positano’s highest quartieri, where sweeping views await. Please wear suitable trainers or trekking shoes. Not recommended for guests with cardiovascular risk factors.

FROM 10:00 AM TO 12:00 PM / MEGAFORMER

Offering a total body workout, our two Megaformers merge the nurturing approach of Pilates with the rigors of bodybuilding, while addressing the five elements of physical fitness: cardio, strength, endurance, body composition and flexibility. Each workout is a private lesson with a specialised trainer.

Afternoon

12:30 PM / BOAT TRIP TO NERANO

The charming seaside village of Nerano boasts some of the best restaurants on the coast. Please ask the concierge if you need advice or reservations. On arrival, we’ll drop you off in your individual parties at your chosen restaurants for a memorable meal. After lunch, the boat will whisk you speedily back to Positano.

Duration: around 5 hours

Cost: no charge for boat; lunch is to be paid for directly at restaurant
Return from Nerano: 4:00 PM

STARTING 5:15 PM TO 6:15 PM / SUNSET CRUISE

Experience the magnificent view of Positano from the sea aboard our pride and joy, the Sant’Antonio. This lovingly restored old fishing boat belonged to Uncle Aldo, one of the four siblings who founded Le Sirenuse in 1951. Ravishing sunset views are accompanied by a glass of Champagne and some tempting light bites. As you return to port, watch the town lights come on one by one.
