FAQ

  • What are the check-in and check-out times?
    • Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and check-out is requested by 12:00 PM (noon). If you arrive early or wish to stay a little longer, our concierge will be happy to assist with luggage storage so you can enjoy the pool or the town.

  • Can I request an early check-in or late check-out?
    • We will always do our best to accommodate requests, subject to availability and occupancy. If we are unable to confirm an early check-in or late check-out, we can store your luggage and you are welcome to enjoy the hotel facilities while you wait.

  • How do I reach the hotel from Naples?
    • The most relaxing way to arrive is via a private car service. We can arrange a premium transfer from Naples Capodichino Airport (NAP) or Naples Central Station. The journey typically takes about 75 to 90 minutes. For those arriving by sea, the ferry landing is just a short 10-minute walk from our front door.

  • How do I reach the hotel from Rome?
    • We can arrange a private car transfer from Rome (FCO or CIA airports, or the city center). Travel time typically ranges from 3.5 to 4.5 hours depending on traffic. Many guests also choose a high-speed train to Naples, followed by a private transfer to Positano.

  • I'm arriving by ferry—what should I know?
    • The ferry landing is a short walk from the hotel, but Positano has stairs and sloping pathways. If you have heavy luggage, we strongly recommend arranging porter assistance in advance through our concierge.

  • Can you help with luggage and porters?
    • Yes. Due to Positano's pedestrian areas and stairways, professional porter services are often the easiest solution. Our concierge can coordinate porter assistance for arrivals and departures.
